Mr. Kauwenberghs has extensive experience with large companies in organizational change. He has led numerous international projects on change and on leadership development and assessment. In most of these projects he acted as a trusted adviser for management teams.
Mr. Kauwenberghs has been involved in important coaching assignments for executives and CEO level. He has assumed several European leadership positions and he has been managing director of different organizations.

Mr. Kauwenberghs has implemented a performance management system in one of the largest international European organizations in the public sector. He also went to Nepal, Zaire, and Romania to deliver ‘meaningful' leadership development programs.
Mr. Kauwenberghs holds a master in Psychology from the University of Leuven, Alumnus from IMD and accredited by the Management Research Group, and he is an active member of the CEO group The Shift. He is a renowned speaker on subjects like leadership, change management, meaningful transformation. He has been interviewed for leading papers and magazines. He fluently speaks and writes Dutch, English, and French with basic knowledge of German and Italian.
