Therefore, he is intensively involved in training, coaching and consulting the transition from classical leadership styles and ways of working to more agile working and leadership approaches as well as the associated cultural approaches and organizational structures that are more suitable to meet these challenges.
Gilbert has more than 15 years of professional experience in learning and development. Specifically leadership development, sales development and cultural transformations. He led complex change projects such as the “future of sales” transformation for the DACH region of a global distribution organization. He has gained his experience through running his own training and coaching academy, as learning and development partner DACH, as business developer and senior trainer for consultancies such as Mercedes-Benz Consulting and companies such as RWE.
Gilbert holds an Diplom (BSc) in social pedagogy from Ludwigshafen University of applied science and studied andragogy, media pedagogy and communication psychology at Landau University.
He also has an extensive professional education in coaching and counselling.
He is fluent in German and in English.
