Grace has over 18 years of experience working with individuals and teams in high performance – from national athletes, fighter pilots, to high potentials and corporate leaders. 

She is passionate about helping organisations, teams, and individuals unleash their potential. She has helped leaders become more effective and enabled them to build high performing teams, engage and influence while delivering great impact.

She partners with leaders to support transformational efforts at an individual, team and organisational level to help them prepare for the Future of Work.

She brings depth of experience across a range of specialisations, including leadership/ talent assessment and development, talent management, organisational strategy, executive coaching, well-being and culture transformation.

Grace was the Head of Psychology for the Republic of Singapore Air Force from 2017 to 2023, and holds a Master’s degree in Organizational psychology from Manchester Business School in the UK. She is a certified coach, having attained the ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation.
