Guillaume has 20 years of consulting experience, having held senior positions in both a leading consulting firm and as a freelancer. He has also served as a transition manager and gained entrepreneurial experience.

As a consultant, Guillaume initially focused on driving process and information systems transformation projects during the earlier phase of his career before dedicating the last 12 years to organization transformations.

Guillaume has developed extensive expertise across various industries, with a particular emphasis on Consumer, Life Sciences, and High-tech sectors.

Despite his broad experience in shaping organizations, he primarily collaborated with departments such as Finance, HR, Legal & Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Communication, and Marketing.

Guillaume holds a Master's Degree in Science ('Diplôme d’Ingénieur') from the Institut Supérieur d’Électronique de Paris.
