Before joining Korn Ferry she worked for over 15 years across a range of roles within Human Resources, most recently as Head of Compensation & Benefits for a multinational in the nuclear sector.

Heather has experience across the retail, FMCG and energy sectors, and brings a broad understanding of HR both from a generalist and a reward perspective. In her last role she supported the executive committee, remuneration committee and senior leaders on all reward issues, including the design of long term and short term incentives, executive reward, international job grading structure, job evaluation, performance management and pay negotiations. 

Heather has a BA (Hons) in Linguistics from the University of Cambridge.
