Client Director, KF Digital

As a member of Korn Ferry’s Digital Sales Team, Heather Lauffer helps organizations make strategic choices about their people.

Ms.Lauffer has been providing strategic enterprise sales solutions for over 20 years, with specific expertise in leadership development and large account management.  As a crucial stakeholder in supporting Korn Ferry’s leadership development subscription platform, she has been responsible for product strategy, as well as maximizing revenue and client satisfaction of a diverse client portfolio.  As Client Director, she helps clients define workforce solutions that solve their complex talent challenges.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Lauffer worked for Lenovo, as Client Director, supporting Eastman Kodak, Xerox, JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

Ms. Lauffer has also pursued her passion for newborn and family photography, as a successful photography studio owner since 2009. 

Ms. Lauffer earned her B.S. in English from North Carolina State University, with a concentration in Writing/Editing.  She is also an active mentor with Duke University’s Adult Bone Marrow Transplant Center Multiple Myeloma patient support group.
