Henry Paulin focuses on working with his clients to develop executive pay programs that motivate, attract and retain top quality talent with the goal of driving long-term growth for shareholders.
Henry works with clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, insurance, industrials, pharmaceuticals, telecom and utilities. His clients range from large publicly traded organizations to privately held companies including family-owned businesses and private equity portfolio companies.
Henry plans and manages a broad range of board advisory and executive compensation projects including but not limited to executive and director compensation benchmarking, realized/realizable pay studies, short- and long-term incentive plan design, and severance/change-in-control benefit analysis. Henry’s work has also included governance trend studies, employment contract review, M&A due diligence, and compensation risk assessments.
Henry has authored and co-authored publications on topics of director compensation levels and program design and long-term incentive grant practice.
Mr. Paulin joined Korn Ferry in 2021 after 9 years of executive compensation consulting experience with FW Cook.
Mr. Paulin holds a bachelors in business studies from Drew University.
