Before transitioning to recruitment, Hoda worked at a leading technology company, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to manage strategy, implementation and operations for the company’s self-service platform.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Hoda was a key leader at a boutique executive search firm based in New York. She earned recognition for her expertise in commercial, marketing, and digital ecosystems specializing in retail, media and technology while also having experience across various industries. At 24 Seven, where she held a leadership role, Hoda led her team in delivering top talent to clients. Her contributions were instrumental in driving market growth and development.

Hoda holds a degree from the University of Washington. She is actively involved in community investment projects including mentoring Iranian-American students. She is fluent in Farsi and conversational in Spanish.
