In her career spanning almost 10 years in executive search, Inga has filled over 300 top-level positions around the entire real estate life cycle for various types of clients like Investors, Institutional Funds, Family Offices, Developers, Asset Managers, Investment Managers and Construction Companies etc. Beyond key functions in operations, Inga has also placed leaders in functional roles such as HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance. Over the last years, Inga has gathered in-depth experience at the intersection of private equity and real estate.  

Inga is passionate about creating great value for our clients by finding the right person for the right position at the right time. As a valued member of the German real estate and private equity industries, Inga boasts an excellent network of today’s decision makers and market leaders as well as high potentials who are on their path to become tomorrow’s future leaders.     

Inga is an active member of the executive committee at ULI (Urban Land Institute) Germany and chairs the organisation's activities in the Dusseldorf and Rhine-Ruhr areas. Moreover, Inga has authored several studies and articles in industry leading magazines at the interface of HR and real estate and served frequently as guest lecturer at the IREBS (International Real Estate Business School).

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Inga was a Managing Partner at an executive search boutique focused predominantly on the German real estate sector. She took her first career step at another international executive search company, also covering the real estate and private equity industries.

Inga holds a Diplom Kaufmann (FH) from the University of applied science Dusseldorf as well as a Master of Science in East Asia Studies from the University of Duisburg - Essen.  

Inga is fluent in German and English.
