She is passionate about building trusting relationships with stakeholders and fostering safe working environments in which communication, trust, knowledge, and enjoyment contribute to achieving results.

Iria has successfully led international teams composed of individuals from various backgrounds and levels of seniority. With experience in global roles and managing direct reports across different countries, she adopts a global perspective that facilitates seamless collaboration across borders.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Iria accumulated over 22 years of experience at prominent professional services firms, including Oliver Wyman. She has repeatedly led the integration efforts and established global knowledge management and research functions and teams following multiple acquisitions. Her expertise in change management and strong communication skills have been essential in promoting knowledge culture, thereby enhancing business competitiveness. Furthermore, she has developed career pathways, optimized operations, and defined global processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

In addition to her professional experience, Iria has engaged in teaching roles, serving as L&D Faculty, Associate Professor at Universitat de Barcelona, and SME Professor at the National Library Association of Catalunya. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
