Based in Baku, Irina leads a multi-country team focused on executive search and leadership development, succession planning, board composition and other human capital domains, closely aligned with organizations' business strategy and culture.

Prior to her current role, Irina specialized in Executive appointments for Digital and FinTech businesses in Central Eurasia, and worked extensively with high-growth Venture, Growth Capital & PE-backed companies across a range of both Executive and Non-Executive roles. Her clients included companies in e-commerce, video gaming, FinTech/ payments, social networking, and other established and emerging technology segments.

Having lived in South Korea and Europe, Irina brings multicultural perspective to her clients, as well as more than 15 years of experience in Executive Search and human capital consulting.
