Ivan Vujicic

Ivan Vujicic is a Principal with Korn Ferry based in Perth. He brings over 17 years of experience in executive search and talent advisory across the mining, infrastructure, and defence sectors.

Ivan works closely with executive leaders and boards to appoint General Managers, functional Heads, and Project Directors who drive transformational impact in technically complex and capital-intensive environments. His work spans national and international mandates, including critical leadership appointments across remote operations, city-based megaprojects, and sovereign defence programs.

His recent impact includes facilitating the appointment of GM Projects for a Tier-1 mining company that will lead some of the industry’s most technologically advanced developments, helping an international defence shipbuilder establish operations in two major defence hubs through key appointments, and supporting a national infrastructure contractor in turning around its business through strategic leadership placements.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ivan held senior roles in boutique executive search firms, where he led national talent projects and developed deep domain knowledge across operational, project, and technical leadership.

Ivan holds a Graduate Certificate in Business from Edith Cowan University and a Diploma in Counselling and Psychology, bringing both strategic insight and human-centred understanding to his client engagements.
