Prior to Korn Ferry, Izabel was faculty and director of a center for sustainable business at a top-tier university business school, recognized as one of the first R1 institutions to define and
integrate sustainable business education. Her mission was to develop future leaders of industry with a deep understanding of sustainability as a strategic framework for a true competitive advantage. She was the chief architect of a new undergraduate degree in sustainable business and designed and executed multiple courses in sustainable business and innovation.
As a thought leader in sustainable business, she speaks regularly at conferences on the topics of ESG strategy and the future of work and is a contributing author for several textbooks and articles. Izabel holds an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio Graduate School, the first sustainable MBA degree in the US.
