Ms. Roberts has over 25 experience of helping leading organisations to align their people, culture and structures to their purpose and business priorities.

She has supported FTSE100 / Fortune companies to successfully deliver a wide variety of transformational change projects including post-merger integration, organisation redesign, restructuring, top team alignment, leadership development and culture change across a variety of industry sectors including Industrial, Financial Services, FMCG, Hi-Tech and Government.

Ms. Roberts has worked in senior roles in both leading global consultancies and in-house positions, gaining a deep perspective on how to create and deliver successful organisational transformation. 

Architecting win-win solutions for people and businesses, unleashing human potential and setting the basis for sustainable change, is at the heart of Ms. Robert’s practice.

Ms. Roberts recent work includes for a leading Emirati company in Mining & Metals, where she was responsible for a company wide culture change programme as well as leading their leadership and talent development operations.  Prior to that, she worked in an HC leadership role for a global Oil & Gas major.

Ms. Roberts has over 20 years of experience in consulting, as a Partner in leading global consulting firms with responsibility for both delivery and account leadership.

Ms. Roberts has a BSc in Biochemistry from Birmingham University and a PhD in Genetics from Edinburgh University.
