With over 12 years’ experience in DE&I, James has worked across multiple industries and geographies and with client at all levels of DE&I maturity. He’s particularly skilled in cultural audits and diagnostics, empowering clients with knowledge capital, empirical data and targeted solutions to accelerate culture change.
James is an expert communicator and educator and approaches his work through a heart, minds and hands perspective; fostering empathy, building knowledge and developing client capability in maturing DE&I agendas.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, James has worked at several leading consultancies where he’s developed client DE&I regional frameworks and tailored solutions to optimise business performance. James’ earlier career is in recruitment and search which complements his experience in developing inclusive talent acquisition processes and practices.
James is a seasoned facilitator, panelist and commentator on a range of DE&I issues. He also assisted the curation of the executive diversity role model lists published annually in The Financial Times.
