In addition, Mr. Mueller drives the growth of the firm's RPO business in EMEA where his responsibility lies in driving deeper partnerships with existing clients while also consulting with talent acquisition leaders to support their talent agendas. As a respected member of Korn Ferry's global leadership team, he has a joint responsibility for the overall business, as well as for driving growth and expansion in the EMEA region.
With over 20 years' experience in international recruitment, Mr. Mueller has held a number of leadership positions within a series of HR consulting and talent acquisition companies. His expertise spans executive search, strategic talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing. Today, Mr. Mueller works with clients across all sectors in response to challenges across all facets of talent acquisition. Building on a firm foundation of how to align talent and business strategy, he helps clients develop tailored solutions, and provides ongoing support, to help them meet their business objectives.
A fluent German and English speaker, Mr. Mueller holds a Diploma in Sociology from Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich.
