Janna Grant has been in talent acquisition for almost 20 years and held leadership roles within Korn Ferry for 8+ years.

As a Vice President within the Korn Ferry recruitment process outsourcing business Janna is responsible for strategic direction and leadership of a portfolio of Australian and New Zealand solutions and provides leadership across our New Zealand business.

Prior to her current role, Janna was a Client Director responsible for our New Zealand based accounts such as Fonterra and New Zealand Post with strategic accountability for our ANZ Talent Delivery Centre; a team of 70 providing sourcing, screening and administration support to our ANZ RPO business.

Across her career, Janna has worked & managed teams in a variety of in-house & RPO recruitment models across New Zealand, China & the UK.

Janna is passionate about the user experience and creating solutions that work for our candidates and clients alike leveraging technology and the capability of our great teams.

Janna is a proud Kiwi and is driven to see New Zealand businesses become successful. She has a passion about DE&I and ensuring we embed that into everything we do.

Janna holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management from the University of Canterbury.

Outside of her role at Korn Ferry, Janna enjoys spending time with her young family and all things outdoors.
