She brings a mix of practical business sense and leadership development expertise rooted in both research-based best practices and hands-on experience.

In her early career, she witnessed a lot of business transformation which required shaping a vision and defining a new future. One of her employers bounced back from Chapter 11, after witnessing aggressive growth for over a decade. At a life sciences company, she investigated outsourcing opportunities to India across their value chain. At a consumer goods player, she reshaped the European HR organization.

Jasmine is coach and advisor on executive succession and development at key players in the petrochemicals, life sciences, financial services, tech, food and FMCG sectors. 

For the past ten years, Jasmine’s career has been in leadership development, at individual, team and organizational level. She was general manager Benelux, France and Nordics at a leading global executive education institution.

She lived and worked on several continents, including Europe, the United States, India and South Africa. She enjoys working with nationalities worldwide. 

Jasmine holds a Master Degree in Applied Economics, International Management from the Catholic University of Antwerp, and completed management programs at Harvard, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and Antwerp Management School.

She is NLP master practitioner and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (Professional Certified Coach) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is certified in various psychometric instruments, assessment tools and methodologies.
