In 2020, with 13 years of experience in technology recruiting, Jason came to Lucas Group as a Senior Partner in the Technology practice group. Working with Fortune 500 corporations, privately-held companies as well as private equity-owned businesses, he and his team match high caliber talent to executive level and individual contributor roles. Jason enjoys making a positive difference in his client’s life and business and most importantly, allows candidates to love what they do in their careers. He and his team pride themselves on being more than just recruiters, but rather trusted partners and resources for both clients and candidates.
Jason began his career with Fifth Third Bank after earning his Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University. After 10 years of being a developer, he decided to make a career change and in 2007 transitioned into the staffing industry with Robert Half. At Robert Half, he was a multi-million-dollar award recipient and quickly moved up into many different management positions.
Jason spends his free time watching his two boys play many different sports throughout the year, as well as, cheering for his hometown Cincinnati Bengals. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys his summer weekends with them down at Lake Cumberland.
