Based in the firm’s Minneapolis office holding a hybrid role in which he leads a North American sales team and works with key Korn Ferry accounts offering products and consulting expertise focused on client outcomes.

Mr. Larson has 30 Years of business experience in HR and leadership solutions, implementation, enablement, facilitation, speaking, learning & development, coaching and sales/people leadership.

He is experienced in driving integrated talent results across multiple sectors.

Mr. Larson has deep expertise across several Korn Ferry offerings including competencies, success profiles, assessment, succession, leadership development, coaching, talent acquisition, sales process and overall talent management.

He is passionate about helping individuals, groups and organizations advance toward meaningful goals.

Before joining the firm, he served in several different capacities with Charthouse Learning & G&K Services

Mr. Larson has an undergrad degree with University of Minnesota, continuing education in organizational development and is an Associate Certified Coach through ICF.

He is a Lead Guide & Director of Leadership for Wild Hearts Adventures.
