Mr. Gerkin joins Korn Ferry from an education administration organization where he established corporate partnerships to enable employee access to childcare, elder- and disability-care support. His expertise spans workforce strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, assessments, coaching, succession planning and transition.

Mr. Gerkin holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in economics from Illinois State University.
