Mr. Bauer played a key role in helping the organization become the go-to Search firm in the Training, HR Consulting, and Performance Improvement industries. He fulfilled over 250 searches with clients ranging from start-ups to the most well-known global Consulting firms in the world.

Mr. Bauer earned his bachelor's degree from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC majoring in Accounting and Business Administration.
