Mr. Swartz is an accomplished organization development consultant, executive coach, and facilitator, with more than twenty-five years of experience in talent management and development. He specializes in succession planning, leadership development, talent assessment, executive coaching and competency modeling.
Mr. Swartz has deep experience with senior executives in a wide array of industries, including life sciences, financial services, consumer goods, manufacturing and technology.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Swartz was an organizational consultant and executive coach for Target Corporation. He supported high-potential leadership development, facilitated team effectiveness programs and provided executive coaching.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Swartz was a consultant in Accenture's change management practice. In this role, he worked with organizations as they navigated significant organizational change.
Mr. Swartz is an active volunteer with a variety of non-profit organizations serving individuals, families and communities.
Mr. Swartz received doctorate and master's degrees in organizational psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and a bachelor's degree in speech communication and sociology from the University of Minnesota.
