Jemma has worked with a variety of businesses from diverse markets, including: Public Sector, Banking & Financial Services, IT & Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Professional Services.
Jemma’s recent work includes the design of an Executive Director assessment process for a public sector client and taking the role of Design and Enablement Lead for a global VP and EVP- level assessment project for a large professional services client.
Jemma’s other recent work includes the implementation of an enterprise-wide talent acquisition solution for a global pharmaceutical company and the creation of bespoke competency framework for a U.K bank.
Jemma’s areas of expertise include the design and implementation of business-wide selection and talent management initiatives, competency and leadership capability framework design, simulation-based assessment, training design, workshop facilitation, leadership development and the implementation performance management processes.
Having spent 18 months working as the EMEA Assessment Manager for Korn Ferry’s RPO business, an internal role, Jemma has also successfully led several internal initiatives. These include the design and delivery of training programs to support the use of complex assessment solutions and the design and implementation of a global talent acquisition assessment process.
