As a Business Development Director at Salo, she builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and candidates to provide tailored solutions that meet both parties' needs and goals. With over 15 years of experience in various roles related to talent management, organizational effectiveness, and business development, she is passionate about enabling individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.

Previously, Jen led the talent strategy for the largest market at a management consulting firm, singlehandedly led a change management initiative for an organizational restructure, and designed and facilitated data-driven and equitable performance and promotion processes. She also has experience as a consultant, a trainer, and a program manager, working with diverse organizations and sectors.

Jen has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, and an Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certification. She lives in Denver with her dog Morgan and can often be found enjoying a burger and a beer after a long hike in the mountains.
