She specialises in strategy activation, connecting strategic intent to the leadership, organisational and behavioural shifts required to deliver results. She works with leadership teams at moments of strategic inflection to create clarity on priorities, align stakeholders and build momentum for execution.
With 20 years’ experience in strategy and transformation, Jen has led complex, multi-year transformation programmes internationally, with a focus on financial services and insurance.
Example significant programmes include enterprise wide, risk and finance function transformations; designing and rolling out a new work model for a global insurer; building a co-creation capability to deliver strategy events for FTSE 100 leadership teams; and delivering an award-winning culture and behavioural change programme for a global re-insurer.
She is currently leading a flagship, multi-year enterprise transformation for a global organisation, repositioning leadership development as a driver of strategy execution.
She has worked across professional services and leading advisory firms, as well as in-house within financial services organisations, consistently focused on translating strategy into enterprise-wide execution.
Jen holds post-graduate qualifications in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan and SAFe (Scaled Agile).
