Jenna joined Lucas Group, A Korn Ferry Company in 2019 as a Contract Branch Manager in the Human Resources practice group. She then transitioned to the Technology search team in 2021. In her role, she focuses on sourcing top tier technical talent for a wide range of positions within mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations. Always one to thrive in a fast-paced environment, Jenna challenges herself to always go the extra mile and to set high expectations for her peers and team to follow and learn from. Above all, she actively engages in and believes in being a leader who “leads by example.”

In her prior experience, Jenna spent four years with a light industrial staffing agency where she supported, mentored and led two branch location teams to effectively drive consistent growth by delivering a first-class customer service experience to her clients and employees. Under her leadership, her office was awarded Company Office of the Year as well as was recognized for highest revenue dollar increase and highest gross profit dollars. Before she was recruited into the staffing industry, Jenna spent time as a CAD designer and was also a Director for Habitat for Humanity. Jenna’s background together with her tenacity and determination allow her to thrive in her career in executive recruiting.

Jenna is an active volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She holds an associate of arts in engineering design and technology from Lonestar College.
