Jeremy’s pedigree is recruitment having been raised by the owner of a national recruitment firm and joining the industry at just 23 years of age.

Leveraging this pedigree and a predilection for filling the impossible job, he now leads a team in Houston and Dallas that bring the same commitment to delivering the right people to the right seats on the bus.

With 15 years of recruitment experience spanning Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, Manufacturing and Renewables, Jeremy’s passion is to bring KornFerry’s significant capabilities to bear on the future of  energy transition.

Prior to joining the KornFerry team, Jeremy served as an Associate Director at a leading global recruitment consultancy where he led both regional and national recruitment teams in the US. He has managed direct hire and contingent recruitment teams, as well as overseeing recruitment process outsourcing projects.

He is a father of four, and a graduate of the Art Institutes Culinary Arts program. As such, he spends most of his spare time cooking delicious food for his children and friends.
