As an organizational psychology professional, Jessica is passionate about understanding people’s behaviors and motivations to help unleash their potential. She specializes in drawing a blend of psychological and commercial insights through thematic analyses, behavioral interviews, and writing executive assessment reports. Her expertise also includes delivering assessment feedback to individuals, helping them understand their strengths and areas of opportunity that will support them in their career journey. Through this work, she helps answer clients' toughest questions about their talent and leadership.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jessica spent ten years in a range of internal and external consulting roles where she supported talent management and organizational development initiatives including high potential programs, employee engagement, and leadership assessment.

Jessica earned her M.A in Behavioral Sciences from University of Houston Clear Lake, and her B.A in Psychology from Texas Tech University.
