For over two decades, Jim has been a leader in the military placement practice and has helped shape and launch a multitude of rewarding civilian careers – one Veteran at a time.

He can tell the stories firsthand, in part because he has written his own. Having served in the Marine Corps as an Intelligence Officer for eight years, Jim executed deployments in the Middle East, the Balkans, Africa, and throughout the Asian-Pacific rim. He was recalled to active duty for one additional year during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Jim recognizes that experienced insight and thoughtful groundwork are critical elements to success, and he reliably brings those qualities to every search opportunity.

Over the course of his notable tenure, Jim has thrived in a number of roles at Lucas Group- Korn Ferry from a officer candidate recruiter to Managing Partner for military recruiting in the Northeast and Midatlantic Regions. He now works with client partners to identify game- changing Veteran talent at all organizational levels.

Jim has been witness to the immediate positive impact military leaders can have on business operations. Time and again, former candidates return to Jim later in their careers as hiring managers, completing a cycle that began with one transitioning officer and one dedicated recruiter.
