Mr. Crawford brings more than two decades of management experience to Korn Ferry. He created and developed the Midwest practice and brand for another leading executive search firm as global practice president, focusing on Midwest-based life science companies specializing in medical devices.

Previously, Mr. Crawford was vice president of people services for Argent Healthcare Financial Services, a revenue cycle management portfolio company owned by GTCR. At Argent, he led the successful integration efforts of four acquisitions to a centralized human resources/financial platform.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Crawford was the first vice president of human resources for Fujisawa USA (Now Astellas Pharmaceuticals). He joined Eon Labs, a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor. Eon was a portfolio company of JH Whitney and was successfully sold to strategic buyers.

Jim started his career at American Hospital Supply Corporation/Baxter Healthcare in progressively responsible human resources positions in their medical device and pharmaceutical businesses.

Mr. Crawford earned his MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and has a BBA from Boise State University.
