Senior Client Partner, Global Sales Leader, Leadership & Development Outsourcing

Joe Clouse is a Senior Client Partner in the Korn Ferry Advisory Practice, based in the Stamford, CT USA office.

Joe serves as the global sales leader for leadership and development outsourcing (LDO). LDO is a new and exciting service at Korn Ferry that reduces operating and administrative burdens for our clients’ HR and leadership functions. This helps our clients focus on strategy, reduce budgets, increase employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

Joe has worked with leaders in all aspects of HR service delivery: talent strategy; talent technology; benefits design & administration; employee wellbeing; total rewards; and learning & development.

Prior to Korn Ferry Joe was a Partner at IBM’s Talent Transformation consulting business. Before IBM, Joe was Managing Director at Ernst & Young LLP and a Senior Vice President at Aon Hewitt.

In Joe’s 30+ experience he has worked with the world’s largest companies across all industry sectors. And he has had leadership roles in both client development and in service delivery. Joe has overseen large mergers, divestitures … along with countless implementations of talent and total reward strategies.

Joe has a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Penn State University. And in 2016 Joe passed the FINRA Series 65 Registered Investment Advisory exam.
