Jonathan spent fifteen years living abroad in the markets of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Australia where he managed HR for existing businesses or helped start-up new businesses. He takes a pragmatic approach to every search and bases his work on getting to understand the client’s business and culture, market data and storytelling to create strong talent attraction and engagement. Jonathan has helped place HR Executives in a variety of roles across six continents.

As a Sector Leader for Korn Ferry’s HR Professional Search Practice in Texas, Jonathan leads a team of Executive Search Consultants in Dallas and Houston focused on recruiting high caliber HR talent who will quickly impact the bottom line and company culture of their client companies.

Jonathan has an M.B.A. from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Business and a Bachelor’s Degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.

In addition to English, Jonathan speaks Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.
