Associate Client Partner, Advisory
Jonghae Lee is a Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry Advisory based in the Firm’s Seoul Office. He specializes in Organization and HR strategy, Performance Management and Cultural Transformation.
Mr. Lee carries his experiences in a wide scope of organization and HR practices at consulting firms, a law firm as well as at the enterprise corporations.
After his multi year experience in HR consulting firms such as Nemo Partners HCG and Deloitte, Mr. Lee has joined KIM & CHANG as the co-founding member of its HR Consulting Team where he grew the business serving Korean conglomerates as well as multinational companies. Mr. Lee carries ample experience in leading multiple projects as a Project Director.
Besides his consulting experience, Mr. Lee also worked for the enterprise corporations at LG, SPC and Hwaseung Group.
Mr. Lee earned a master’s degree of International Commerce from Korea University Graduate School of International Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Korea University.
