As a full-desk recruiter, I leverage my intimate knowledge of the market to educate clients on industry trends, candidate preferences, and how to successfully market a position to attract the right candidates. I do this by staying engaged with my network of industry professionals and keeping informed through popular Supply Chain groups and periodicals.

Prior to joining Lucas Group (now Korn Ferry) in March 2019, I worked in the Logistics & Transportation industry, working directly with manufacturers and distributors to execute critical shipping needs and optimizing carrier networks. I also gained valuable candidate recruiting experience through my 2+ years working for Aerotek, a division of Allegis Group and well-regard staffing service. 

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Management from University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota where I was a Varsity Baseball Player and member of the University of St. Thomas American Marketing Association.

I continue to stay connected with former NCAA Athletes as well as Logistics and Supply Chain Professionals through LinkedIn networks and Groups that allow me to connect with highly successful and ambitious candidates and/or hiring managers.
