Joss Sargent specialises in holistic culture transformation; strategic internal communications and supports leaders to have the capability to inspire, drive, role-model and champion change. She has the ability to join the strategic and people dots and orchestrate successful, sustainable, whole-system organisational culture change.
She has worked across sectors in Financial Services (The Co-operative Bank, HSBC, Metro Bank, RSA and AXA), Healthcare (Bupa, Leading Lives), Communications and Media (Ogilvy, Geometry) Tech (Vodafone), Further Education (University of Essex) and Life Sciences (MSD Merck). She has lived and worked in the UAE and the Far East and is used to working across cultures.
Joss designs and facilitates thought-provoking workshops and supporting learning and development programmes to strategically align, motivate and upskill participants to deliver the desired change in an inclusive and practical way.
She also has organisation development experience including designing behaviour frameworks; conceptualising onboarding and induction blueprints as well as leadership programmes and creative, high-energy events that lead to tangible outcomes.
Her super-powers are strategically connecting the dots; simplifying complexity and bringing together disparate ideas and initiatives to create clarity, connection and meaning to ultimately inspire purposeful, collective action.
Joss is a trained as a Barrett Culture Transformation Tools Practitioner and has a post-graduate certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change. She is also a trained Executive and Corporate Coach and has over 20 years experience in the workplace.
