Mr. Heldt works across all medical technology sectors in Europe. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he led the EMEA Health Care practice for a global Executive Search firm.

Mr. Heldt has completed more than 100 C-level searches, focusing on large and mid-cap international companies; he also works extensively with private equity clients.

Previously, Mr. Heldt has more than 20 years of international work experience with MedTech companies in Europe and the US. He spent most of his career in a variety of commercial, marketing and general management roles for companies like Stryker, Baxter and JnJ.

Mr. Heldt  holds a Master of Science from University of Utrecht and an MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He currently works out of the Zurich office of Korn Ferry, which will allow him to cover all major European markets.
