Principal Client Director, Sales & Service Practice
JP leads the DACH Life Sciences practice at Korn Ferry, where he works with leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies across EMEA to help organizations enhance their sales processes and drive top-line performance while elevating customer satisfaction.
Before joining Korn Ferry, JP was responsible for running sales and marketing organizations with P&L responsibility and was instrumental in rolling out sales improvement processes to drive sales growth. He has also worked with reimbursement projects at large HMOs. JP brings practical experience to managing the challenges of life science teams as they adapt to changes in the industry. His solid business background coupled with intimate knowledge of sales processes provides his clients with pragmatic advice on how to improve sales strategies.
In his current role, JP advises CROs and CSOs on their sales and customer experience strategy, aligning organizations’ sales strategy, processes, and training development to exceed revenue and profit goals.
JP has over 15 years of experience working with Medical device organizations in sales and sales management roles at Johnson & Johnson – Ethicon Endo Surgery and Fisher Imaging in the US, LATAM, and Europe. Furthermore, he has worked for six years in senior EMEA sales and marketing responsibilities with FARO Technologies, the leading industrial portable measuring system for Aerospace and Automotive industries.
JP holds a BA in Economics and Finance and an MBA in International Management.
