Mr. Peukert's domain is business transformation working with global industry players across the value chain and related eco systems having impacted R&D, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Operations, Sustainability and classical group functions such as IT, Finance, Procurement, Global Business Services and Compliance & Risk Management.

Mr. Peukert served in both roles, as an engagement partner and as quality executive around the globe for transformation programs that impacted in some cases more than 100.000 people.

His credo is that "anticipating the impact of change and establishing appropriate measures across the value chain is one of the most important considerations for success in transformation, from strategy to execution�.

Mr. Peukert was in management consulting for more than 25 years, serving as partner for 19 years.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Mr. Peukert was in charge of EY's global consulting business for Life Science, Health and Chemicals enterprises headquartered in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

He was leading the transformation of Consulting from a solution and competency driven advising model into an impact driven customer centric organization.

Mr. Peukert owns a degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur specialized in precision mechanics and one as a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur with a dedication to business economics and industrial engineering.
He is a six sigma black belt.

Since 2010 he is selected lecturer at the Danube University in Krems, Austria where he is teaching Supply Chain Management for The Professional MBA "Pharma, Biotech and MedTech Management�.

Juergen lives with this wife and three kids close to Frankfurt. They have a Lagotto Romagnolo and four rabbits.

He likes hiking, skiing, scuba diving and music, playing the classical pipe organ and the Hammond B3.
