Senior Consultant
Julia is a Senior Consultant in Korn Ferry’s Organization Strategy practice, dedicated to helping organizations, leaders, and employees unlock their potential.
With a background in organizational psychology, Julia combines a data-driven approach with a strong focus on people. She listens closely to her clients, making sure solutions and deliverables fit their needs and help them achieve their goals in a way that feels right for them. At the same time, Julia always aims to ensure insights and recommendations are rooted in data and robust analyses.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Julia worked for a boutique consultancy specializing in people strategy. She worked with a diverse range of clients across industries, for example on the creation of a new HR strategy for a multinational telco company to ensure better alignment with the wider business strategy.
Other projects included a culture transformation initiative with a British engineering firm, creating a robust, data-led understanding of their current culture and their desired target state culture. Julia also worked on various leadership development programs, team insight sessions/workshops, capability frameworks, and the redesign of clients’ hiring processes.
Julia holds a BSc in Psychology from Maastricht University and an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics. She is a native German speaker, fluent in English, and has intermediate proficiency in Dutch.
