Principal, Global Energy
Julia Waldman is a Principal focused on Executive Search in the Energy Sector within Korn Ferry’s Global Industrial Practice.
She is a member of Korn Ferry’s Renewable Energy and Clean Technology team and the Sustainability and ESG Center of Expertise. Since joining Korn Ferry in 2019, Julia has worked on searches throughout the energy value chain including in Renewable Energy, Electric and Gas Utilities, Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream as well as Energy Infrastructure and Services.
Julia conducts a wide variety of senior level assignments, including Board of Director and C-suite level searches for leading global energy corporations, both public and private. Her clients range from Fortune 500 organizations to portfolio companies of leading private equity firms.
The unifying theme of her work is the development of talent strategies for organizations that are making strides in the areas of sustainability and decarbonization. Julia’s focus is supporting her clients navigating the energy transition through the recruitment, assessment, and development of outstanding talent.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Julia spent several years as a certified public accountant providing tax and advisory services to businesses and high net worth individuals.
Julia holds an undergraduate degree in business from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
