Kalya Téa is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry’s Paris office, and a member of the firm’s Global Consumer Market. She is also a member of the Global Marketing Center of Expertise.
Ms. Téa joined Carré, Orban & Partners, which later merged with Korn Ferry, as a consultant and was elected partner. Prior to executive search, she worked for the French Government Agency for International Co-operation (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
She focuses on the consumer market: fast moving consumer goods, retail, luxury sectors. She has developed a national and international executive search practice, and conducts C-level assignments including chief executive officer, general management, senior marketing, senior sales and senior operations positions. Her clients include food, cosmetics, personal care/household products retail and textile companies.
Ms. Téa graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. Through her personal and professional background, she brings a vast international exposure and experience.
She is fluent in French, English and Cambodian.
