Kara joined Korn Ferry from a boutique search and leadership advisory firm, where she led the consumer and industrial practice, specializing in the technology, marketing and product functions.

Earlier, Kara served as the Director of Research for a boutique firm specialized in the corporate affairs function.

Kara is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Public Policy with a concentration in Economics.
