Ms. Crow brings 15 years of experience in executive recruitment. She joined Korn Ferry in February of 2022. Prior to joining the Korn Ferry team, she was Search Director for a leading advisory firm in Houston where she excelled in executive recruitment in Civil Engineering and Oil & Gas sectors. Ms. Crow uses creative sourcing and prospecting methods to successfully deliver for her external key partners. Her attention to detail and understanding her clients' needs has led to the efficient placement  of hundreds of talented individuals.
