Kate has a background in HR, account management, and leadership, offering a unique perspective to her clients. Her passion for people along with her business acumen strengthens her ability to align talent needs with organizational goals.

After graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Business, Kate started her professional career with Prudential Financials' Group Insurance division, spending time in Operations, Sales, and Account Management. As a leader for Prudential’s Group Insurance’s Middle Market sales support and account management teams, she focused on creative problem-solving and continuous development. She participated in a division reorganization, leading a cross-functional change management team to ensure consistent and positive messaging.

After spending close to 10 years in employee benefits, Kate decided to make a career change, finding the challenging and rewarding world of recruiting. Starting with a boutique recruiting firm in Atlanta specializing in Human Resources, she quickly became a well-respected full-desk recruiter. In January 2021 she joined Lucas Group, acquired by Korn Ferry in November 2021. In the last 2+ years with the organization, she’s created a reputation as a top recruiter across HR’s professional search team focused on high-potential talent including talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational design, strategy, HR technology, and people analytics.

Kate continues to expand her knowledge to best serve her clients, partnering with Korn Ferry experts in Advisory, Total Rewards, Digital, and Talent solutions.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Arcadia University.
