With over 15 years of experience in leadership, sales, advisory and human resources, Kate is known for her ability to turn challenging talent scenarios into successes by staying nimble and translating changing economic conditions into opportunities for candidates and clients.
At Korn Ferry she partners with clients ranging from small start-ups to blue chip and conducts mid to senior level assignments across all industries. She finds top talent to help lead organizations through change and transformation, culture alignment, leadership development, succession planning, training and development, talent management, recruitment and retention, compensation, benefits and HRIS. Her successful partnerships have led to long-standing relationships and deep networks among some of the top HR professionals in the southeast.
Kate began her career in hospitality management where she used an operational lens to assess gaps in organizational needs, create solutions to improve processes and efficiencies and align strategies to implement and drive results. She transitioned to human capital consulting with an international HCM firm in Chicago and later found her home in recruitment.
She prides herself on her strong communication faculties and stands firm in doing what is best for her people, her clients and candidates all while holding others accountable to drive top results.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Roosevelt University in Chicago. She regularly attends local networking events and participates in panels as a trusted HR and search advisor in Atlanta and the southeast.
