Servicing clients in industrial manufacturing sectors across the United States, Kathy focuses her client relationships in Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Packaging Goods, Building Materials and  Specialty Chemicals.

Learning early on the best practices formula to drive successful outcomes for clients, Kathy began her career over a decade ago in  boutique executive recruiting operations.  It was here she led  recruiting firms through hiring and training up the next generation of recruiters.

As a valued team member at Korn Ferry in Professional Search - Supply Chain and Operations, she has experienced multiple promotions in a short time providing her clients the results they have come to expect in their partnership.

Many of her successful projects have come by listening to what her client is asking, following up with relentless communication and not stopping until the right candidate joins her client’s team.

When away from the office, Kathy enjoys her life in the Caribbean islands with her husband as well as enjoying the success of having raise three sons that follow her example in thriving in their careers.
