Katy combines well developed strategic insight with a deep understanding of people, gained from over twenty years of assessing and developing leaders and teams. She has extensive experience of working as a trusted advisor to CEOs, Chairs, Boards and investors. She is passionate about helping companies to make the right decisions about their senior leaders and supporting them to build teams that can maximise value for their investors and other stakeholders.

Having worked in strategy and finance before moving into the people and organisational field, Katy brings an unusual breadth of perspective. She has experience across business sectors and throughout the business life cycle, from fast growing tech companies to global financial corporations.

Within the leadership consulting practice of a global search firm, Katy’s work involved travelling throughout Europe and the Middle East to advise large clients on succession and leadership development decisions. 

Katy was a pioneer in the management due diligence and assessment field in the early 2000s and has worked extensively with private equity backed businesses. Over recent years, her work in this area has broadened to include aspects of organisational effectiveness and organisational design.

Alongside consulting, she has also created an innovative online leadership development platform that offers a blend of coaching, assessment and training.

She began her career as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company in the UK and Canada, then worked on corporate development with J.Sainsbury plc before spending five years as an investment banker with NM Rothschild in the UK, Chile and Australia. 

Katy has an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University. She is qualified in psychometric testing with the British Psychological Society (Level A and B) and uses a wide range of psychometric tools including CPP, Hogan HDS, HPI and MVPI, 16PF and Wave. She is fluent in Spanish and has conversational level French.
