Kaylen has extensive experience with design, analysis, and work measurement to optimize jobs and align talent. Kaylen is passionate about helping clients understand, calibrate, and organize work to enhance the overall employee experience.
Kaylen also brings experience dedicated to enhancing the full talent management lifecycle including the development and analysis of selection and post-hire instruments, employee engagement/experience, and organizational development interventions.
Prior to her role at Korn Ferry, Kaylen worked at a large transportation and logistics company where she worked on their job analysis, organizational development, and talent management team. Additionally, has worked across multiple industries serving client needs around assessments and total rewards solutions.
Kaylen received her Master of Arts Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Tulsa and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology & Applied Mathematics from University of Central Arkansas.
