Dr. Keisha Taylor is a Senior Principal. She focuses on developing leaders and helping organizations improve their organizational strategy, leadership development, and diversity, equity and Inclusion initiatives.
Keisha is an expert at improving the customer experience which is closely tied to employee engagement. Keisha has led successful strategic initiatives to identify solutions to overcome bias, develop talent, and create a culture of belonging.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she held leadership roles at large strategic organizations ranked in the top 10 nationwide. She has served as Vice President and Chief Experience Officer as well as Senior Lean Facilitator.
She owned the responsibility of developing the customer experience strategy, setting goals based on industry best practice, and identifying waste and inefficiencies . Through her extensive research, she has become a subject matter expert in identifying value to the customer while enhancing engagement among the leadership team.
Keisha holds a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate level courses in the field at Seton Hall University.
